Job summary

National Trade Supply LLC is seeking a seasoned CFO to own capital allocation, financial integrity, and the strategic finance function across multiple channels. You will lead the finance and accounting team, run the weekly rhythm, and ensure disciplined execution aligned with the company's growth plan.

You will oversee cash forecasting, develop driver-based reporting, and drive quarterly forecasts and long-range plans.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate at CFO scope and own capital allocation.
• Experience with driver-based forecasting across multi-channel P&Ls.
• Strong technical accounting depth and GAAP knowledge.
• EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) experience is a plus.
• Ability to challenge the CEO and push for disciplined execution.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain a value-accretive investment threshold grounded in true cost of capital.
• Require documented business cases and CFO gate approvals for capital projects and material spends.
• Lead the Finance & Accounting function and maintain financial integrity.
• Own the 13-week cash forecast and weekly cash reporting, keeping cash above the reserve floor.
• Deliver quarterly reforecasts and long-range plans aligned to department scorecards.
