Keep Supply, based in Springfield, MO, seeks a senior financial leader to own the monthly close, forecast, and strategic partnership with executive leadership. You will partner with the President/CEO and Board to drive disciplined capital allocation and robust reporting.

You’ll build bottom-up budgets, challenge assumptions, and lead a finance team to grow with the business while maintaining financial discipline in a fast-moving distribution environment.

Competenze

• You've led finance, or a significant portion of accounting or FP&A, in a distribution, supply chain, industrial, or product-oriented business.
• You understand how the business actually works, not just how to report on it.
• You can build a forecast from operating assumptions, and you understand how inventory, pricing, and growth decisions flow through cash and profitability.
• You're excited to own the whole function, not just one piece of a larger machine.
• You're comfortable working at every level of the organization.
• GGOB/open-book environment experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own the monthly close and the finance function.
• Manage key external stakeholders: banking partners, lenders, auditors, and the Board.
• Build the forecast and run actuals-vs.-plan.
• Serve as a strategic financial partner to leadership.
• Own the GGOB finance line and open-book scoreboard.
• Provide clear insights into performance, risks, and capital needs.
