Job summary

Human Capital Advisors is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial management and accounting practices, driving strategic decisions to improve long-term performance. The CFO will lead cash management, internal controls, and financial reporting across multiple entities, while aligning with company strategy and fiduciary responsibilities.

The role requires a CPA or equivalent experience, extensive budgeting, and the ability to design robust financial systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Four-year accredited college degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA preferred.
• Minimum of ten years progressive accounting experience in budgets, financial systems, and financial reporting.
• Ability to develop and implement effective financial procedures and report to the Board.
• Able to travel for meetings and off-site facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and cash management including cash flows and reconciliations.
• Ensure internal controls for compliance and fraud protection.
• Design and implement financial systems to improve workflow.
• Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance.
• Prepare budgets and monitor periodic reporting.
