Job summary

Event Network, LLC is seeking an Executive CFO to guide financial strategy across store, platform, and enterprise levels. The role requires deep leadership in FP&A, budgeting, treasury, and reporting, with a track record in multi-location retail or hospitality finance.

You will partner with the CEO and Board to drive capital allocation, manage debt facilities, and ensure sustainable EBITDA and enterprise value growth. A senior finance background and strong GAAP knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a business of comparable scale and complexity.
• Experience managing leveraged balance sheet and bank relationships.
• Direct involvement in acquisitions, integration and synergy realization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and Board on financial strategy, capital structure, long-range planning and enterprise-value creation.
• Own the annual budget, rolling forecast and long-range financial planning with accountability for revenue, margin, payroll and EBITDA.
• Provide independent analysis of significant operating and strategic initiatives, including downside cases and sensitivities.
• Lead capital allocation across growth investments including acquisitions, stores, and technology.
• Establish ROI standards including payback, ROIC, IRR, and working capital management.
• Oversee debt facilities, liquidity, covenants, revolver usage and debt-reduction strategy.
• Lead underwriting of acquisitions and post-close integration with synergy realization.
• Evaluate leases, partnerships, licensing agreements, and new-unit investments.
