Job summary

Driven Services, LLC seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead all finance functions, shape financial strategy, and drive growth in the industrial and energy services sector.

You will oversee accounting, treasury, budgeting, and financial reporting; build a high-performing team, partner with the CEO and operations, and maintain banking relationships.

The role requires 10+ years of leadership, a finance degree, and ERP systems experience; MBA or CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, preferably within the industrial or energy services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics; an MBA or CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, and experience with ERP systems.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop a high-performing accounting and finance team.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management & Strategy: Manage all aspects of the Finance function, including direct oversight of A/P, A/R, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.
• Cash Flow & Capital Oversight: Monitor cash flow and working capital, debt, lines of credit, and financing options.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Create and maintain reports like P&L, Balance Sheets, Budgets, and Cash Flow Forecasts.
• Business Partnership: Advise CEO/COO/Sales with financial data for new opportunities.
• Relationship Management: Maintain banking, tax, and vendor relationships.
• Compliance & Financial Risk Management: Ensure timely filing of sales tax, property tax, payroll tax, insurance docs, workers comp.
• Operational Support: Assist with MSAs, insurance claims, and credit applications; support fast-growth environment.
