Job summary

National Trade Supply, LLC seeks a seasoned CFO to own capital allocation, financial strategy, and the integrity of our financials across a multi‑channel retail business. You will lead the Finance & Accounting function and drive disciplined execution in a fast‑growing environment.

You will manage cash, forecasts, and the long‑range plan, while building standardized processes and scorecards. EOS experience is a plus, enabling a structured, accountable leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience operating at CFO scope, owning capital allocation and financial strategy.
• Driver-based forecasting across multi-channel P&Ls.
• Manufacturing cost accounting and inventory management expertise.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to defend financials in reviews.
• EOS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own capital allocation and the integrity of financials.
• Lead Finance & Accounting and oversee the accounting team.
• Maintain daily cash position and a rolling 13-week cash forecast.
• Deliver quarterly reforecast and long-range plan.
• Operate and optimize the company’s operating system with weekly rhythm.
