Job summary

Superior Rigging & Erecting is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team. This is a true enterprise-level CFO role responsible for financial strategy, planning, and controls across the organization.

You will partner with the CEO and Board to connect projects, labor, equipment, and capital investments to profitability and cash flow, while building a high-performing Finance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA; MBA or CMA also valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior financial advisor to the CEO, President, Board, and executive leadership team.
• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Provide executive oversight of construction accounting, WIP, job costing, cost-to-complete forecasting, and revenue recognition.
• Partner with Operations and Project Management to understand project profitability, margin trends, labor productivity, equipment costs, billing, and financial risk.
• Establish strong financial controls, reporting, data integrity, and segregation of duties.
