Job summary

Keep Supply, based in Springfield, MO, seeks a Chief Financial Officer who will own the monthly close, actuals-vs-plan cadence, and all financial reporting. You will partner with the President and CEO to drive capital discipline and forecasting.

You’ll build bottom-up budgets, evaluate investments in inventory, pricing, and growth, and serve as a strategic financial partner to leadership. This is a hands-on role in an open-book culture with direct access to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading FP&A and financial reporting in a distribution or manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to build forecasts and budgets
• Strong stakeholder management and communications
• CPA or MBA preferred

Responsibilities

• Own monthly close, actuals-vs-plan, and financial reporting.
• Build forecast models and partner with leaders on plans.
• Present insights to Board and lenders, manage capital needs.
• Act as strategic partner to leadership on investments and growth.
