Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• 5+ years as CFO or VP Finance in manufacturing/distribution.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and board to shape long-term strategy.
• Lead FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Drive capital planning, M&A evaluation, and financing strategies.
• Ensure scalable financial systems and robust risk management.
• Lead the ERP and financial systems optimization initiatives.
