Job summary

Solventum is seeking a CDI Outsourcing Manager for a fully remote role. You will oversee outsourced CDI engagements, supervise staff, and drive quality and efficiency across operations. The position requires extensive CDI leadership in acute care and strong coding expertise.

The role offers travel up to 50% domestically and requires a Bachelor's degree or higher (or a high school diploma with extensive experience). Eligible applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• CCDS certification or RN license with at least 5 years acute care CDI experience.
• Travel up to 50% of the time required.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, DRG methodologies and quality measures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outsourced CDI engagements, ensuring quality and production targets.
• Supervise CDI staff, provide coaching and development.
• Monitor CDI operations, identify improvements, and implement action plans.
