Job summary

Solventum seeks an Outpatient CDI Outsourcing Supervisor to lead outsourced CDI engagements and ensure high-quality, compliant services. The role oversees performance, vendor relationships, and client satisfaction while guiding staff development in a remote US setting.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or higher with seven years in outpatient CDI, RHIA/CCS certification, and knowledge of ICD-10-CM/CPT, APC, and revenue cycle workflows. Travel up to 50% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with seven years of outpatient CDI management experience in private, public, government or military environments.
• Or a high school diploma/GED plus twelve years of outpatient CDI management experience in the same environments.
• RHIA or CCS certification required.
• Additional qualifications such as CCDS-O, CRC, or RAC can help success in this role.
• Experience with ICD-10-CM/CPT and APC methodologies, clinical documentation improvement, and revenue cycle workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide outsourced outpatient CDI leadership for engagements (supplemental and total outsource).
• Partner with Consulting Services to support revenue goals and client satisfaction.
• Serve as escalation point for performance, quality, and vendor issues.
• Lead and develop outpatient CDI staff and manage performance evaluations.
