Job summary

Citi in Miami seeks a Global Solutions Sales Officer to advance treasury and cash management solutions for Digital, Technology & Communications clients. You will partner with relationship managers to deepen relationships, win new business, and position Citi's cash management capabilities globally.

You will structure deals balancing risk and reward, advise clients as a strategic partner, and stay ahead of industry trends while upholding Citi's regulatory standards across geographies.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of commercial banking experience required.
• Undergraduate degree in business or related field.
• Proven track record in consultative, solutions-based selling to clients.
• Experience selling cash management and liquidity solutions to DT&C and Fintech clients.
• Experience developing relationships across geographies, cultures and languages.
• Ability to communicate complex treasury concepts clearly to clients and internal partners.
• Ability to weigh client needs against risk and compliance when structuring deals.

Responsibilities

• Call on DT&C clients with relationship managers to deepen accounts.
• Identify and pursue new client opportunities aligned with Citi's value proposition.
• Structure deals balancing risk and reward with cash management solutions.
• Advise on treasury and cash management strategy as a trusted partner.
• Become an expert on Citi's Services solutions and share knowledge with the team.
• Stay abreast of trends impacting DT&C and Fintech clients.
• Execute strategic initiatives supporting the sales organization goals.
• Uphold regulatory requirements and Citi policies in client interactions.
• Evaluate risk in business decisions to protect Citi and clients.
