Job summary

Citi in Miami is seeking a Global Solutions Sales Officer to drive cash management solutions for multinational clients within the DT&C sector. You will partner with relationship managers to deepen existing relationships, win new business, and position Citi's treasury offerings worldwide.

The role requires 5–8 years in commercial banking, strong consultative selling, and ability to navigate global client needs with risk awareness.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of commercial banking experience.
• Undergraduate degree in business or related field.
• Proven success growing client relationships via consultative, solutions-based selling.
• Treasury & Trade Solutions experience or equivalent client-facing selling of cash management solutions to DT&C and fintech clients.
• Experience building relationships across geographies, cultures and languages.
• Ability to explain complex treasury concepts to clients and partners.
• Weigh client needs against risk and compliance when structuring deals.

Responsibilities

• Call on DT&C clients with relationship managers to deepen accounts and respond to needs.
• Identify and pursue new client opportunities aligned with Citi's value proposition in global solution sales.
• Structure deals balancing risk and reward while introducing cash management solutions.
• Advise clients and relationship managers as a trusted partner on treasury and cash management strategy.
• Become an expert in Citi’s Services solutions and share market knowledge with sales consultants and junior team members.
• Stay updated on trends affecting Digital, Technology and Communications companies.
• Execute strategic initiatives supporting the sales organization’s goals.
• Uphold regulatory requirements and Citi's policies in client interactions.
• Evaluate risk in every business decision to protect Citi's reputation.
