You will hunt top flatbed, dry, and refrigerated carriers, negotiate lanes, and drive margin growth while coaching reps to elevate lane strategy and deal-closing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in freight brokerage, carrier procurement, or account management.
• Strong negotiation and leadership abilities.
• High energy, strong communication skills, and a passion for team success.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Carrier Sales Reps to improve lane strategy and deal-closing.
• Source, qualify, and secure high-performing truckload and LTL carriers.
• Negotiate key lanes and grow profitable capacity.
• Make quick, high-judgment decisions to protect margins and keep freight moving.
