Allen Lund Company, Inc. is seeking a Carrier Manager to orchestrate our carrier relationships and drive performance at the Richmond office. You will lead a high-performing team of Carrier Sales Reps, negotiate key lanes, and source top-tier capacity to keep freight moving efficiently.

In this role you’ll develop strategic partnerships, coach your team, and protect margins in a fast-paced environment. A 3+ year background in freight brokerage and a college degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in freight brokerage or carrier procurement.
• Proven negotiation and deal-closing ability.
• Leadership and team coaching experience.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor Carrier Sales Reps to improve lanes strategy and deals.
• Source and secure high-performing carriers for key lanes.
• Grow profitable volume with partners and identify new capacity.
• Make quick, high-judgment decisions to protect margins.
• Uphold customer, company, and office standards.
