Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Carrier Sales Reps to develop lane strategy and close deals.
• Source and secure high-performing truckload and LTL carriers and build carrier relationships.
• Grow profitable volume with existing partners and identify new capacity opportunities.
• Make fast, high-judgment decisions to keep freight moving and protect margins.
• Lead from the front and uphold the Customer, Company, Office standard.
