Qualifications
- Doctorate/Master/Bachelor degree with multiple years of sales/account management experience
- Strong understanding of cardiovascular-care settings and hospital dynamics
- Experience navigating payor processes and CMS-related policies
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans for key cardiovascular accounts
- Engage with hospital decision-makers across inpatient and ambulatory settings
- Collaborate with matrix teams to drive portfolio utilization and access
- Present data to medical staff and Pharmacy/T&Q committees in a compliant manner
- Build strategic relationships with executive leaders to sustain growth
