Amgen is seeking a passionate Territory Key Account Manager for Cardiovascular in the Philadelphia area. You will lead strategic account plans, engage hospital leadership, and coordinate access strategies to optimize portfolio utilization across inpatient and ambulatory settings.

Formación

• Doctorate degree & 2 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience
• Masters degree & 4 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience
• Bachelors degree & 6 years of sales experience and/or related account management experience
• 3+ years of account management and/or public payor experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced degree (MPH, MBA, PharmD) 7+ years of healthcare sales experience or related experience.
• Cardiology and dyslipidemia/heart failure experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as strategic lead for assigned key accounts and develops account plans.
• Ensure institutional availability across inpatient and ambulatory care settings.
• Lead pull-through and access initiatives with field teams and matrix partners.
• Build relationships with hospital decision-makers and payor stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Access Specialists to support access to Amgen portfolio.
