Amgen is seeking a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager to join our team, reporting to a Cardiovascular Accounts Director. You will assess the business environment within assigned accounts, develop relationships with hospital leadership, and drive access and utilization of Amgen CV products across inpatient and ambulatory settings.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in account management or healthcare sales, with an advanced degree preferred and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management and/or public payor experience in healthcare sales or related environment.
• Advanced degree (e.g. MPH, MBA, PharmD) is preferred and 7+ years of healthcare sales experience.
• Knowledge of hospital committee structures, P&T processes, and CMS policies.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes comprehensive account plans aligned to cardiovascular strategy.
• Builds relationships with key decision-makers across hospital and health-system accounts.
• Leads cross-functional efforts to ensure access and appropriate utilization of Amgen CV products.
