Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager to lead strategic engagement with top accounts across hospitals and health systems. You will develop comprehensive account plans, align with brand strategy, and drive utilization of Amgen CV products through multi-team collaboration.

The role requires building relationships with cardiology, lipidology, and payer leaders, and coordinating with field teams to ensure compliant, data-driven market actions.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent with 2+ years of sales/account management experience.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 4+ or 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of account management and/or public payor experience preferred.
• Healthcare sales/marketing experience in cardiology/dyslipidemia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic lead for assigned key accounts, executing compliant, innovative strategies.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned to cardiovascular strategy and market needs.
• Build professional relationships with hospital decision-makers and payor stakeholders.
• Coordinate with matrix and alliance teams to arrange approved programs and campaigns.
• Monitor account performance and pull-through initiatives across field teams.
