Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience as territory manager in medical devices (cardiovascular interventional space preferred).
• Experience in catheter technology and vascular disease sales preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of contracting process and VAC process.
• Strong influencing skills to represent the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with key hospital-level contacts.
• Execute initiatives pulling strategy from IDN level to hospital/account level.
• Drive innovative solutions and partnerships within targeted accounts and customers.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to increase prospects and close opportunities.
• Navigate VAC approval process for new products and influence VAC members.
• Anticipate customer needs and market evolutions to refine strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for strategy, marketing content, and external tactics.
