Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to secure new business and manage a sales area independently, often remotely from Kestra main offices.

You will contact clinicians and administrators in diverse settings, train customers, support product adoption, and assist with reimbursement. The ideal candidate has 5+ years medical device sales, 3+ years outside sales, a bachelor’s in business or related field, and resides in the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kestra products and provide ongoing support to customers.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and nurture trusted accounts within the assigned territory.
• Prepare quarterly business plans and present to leadership.
• Coordinate with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care for patient interaction and issues.
