Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to independently manage a sales area in the United States. You will contact and consult with clients in clinical settings, drive new business, provide training, and support in reimbursement processes.

The role requires 5+ years of medical device sales, 3+ years outside sales, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel. This field position often operates remotely from Kestra offices and requires building long-term partnerships

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Must reside in the assigned territory.
• Ability to drive an automobile with a valid driver’s license and acceptable completion of a motor vehicle report (MVR).
• Demonstrated strong business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity of MS Office, including MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Sell and provide ongoing support for Kestra products.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop trusted partner relationships with key accounts within the territory.
• Prepare quarterly Business Plans and present to Regional Sales Leadership.
• Coordinate patient interaction with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care team.
• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to implement market strategies.
• Manage sales pipeline from introduction to delivery.
