Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a Capture Operations Analyst to support the Business Development and Capture teams by coordinating activities across the federal capture lifecycle. This role assists with opportunity tracking, competitive intelligence, proposal readiness, capture documentation, and cross-functional communication to help position Loyal Source for success on government contracts.

The analyst maintains capture data, develops reports and briefings, supports gate reviews, and ensures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience supporting business development, capture management, or government contracting preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support capture managers in planning and executing capture strategies.
• Maintain opportunity data within CRM and BD tools.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer intelligence gathering.
• Coordinate meetings, gate reviews, and capture deliverables across stakeholders.
• Track action items, milestones, and proposal readiness activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and executive briefings to support decision-making.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of capture documentation and records.
• Provide support to subcontracting opportunities/pursuits.
