Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading capture efforts for defense/aerospace opportunities.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic captures for the sector and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute capture strategies, win themes, and price-to-win analyses.
• Manage the Capture Gate Process and participate in strategy workshops.
• Mentor new proposal managers and guide proposal development through submission.
