Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr. Principal, Capture Management for a field opportunity.

You will lead capture efforts across sectors, coordinating cross-functional teams through gate management, win strategy workshops, competitive analysis and price-to-win activities. Ideal candidates bring extensive defense or aerospace business development experience, the ability to obtain a US security clearance, and a proven track record in shaping and winning new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 15 years prior experience.
• Graduate Degree with 13 years prior experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic captures for the Sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement capture strategies.
• Lead strategic reviews and workshops (e.g., Win Strategy Workshops).
• Oversee Segment Capture certification program.
• Manage Competitive Intelligence for the Sector.
• Overseas Price to Win strategies to enhance proposal competitiveness.
• Lead storyboarding and development of win themes and discriminators.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management.
