L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr. Principal, Capture Management to lead the Capture function across the Sector.

You will drive gate management, win strategies, and competitive analysis while mentoring proposal teams and aligning with senior leadership. The role requires extensive experience in aerospace/defense business development, strong analytical skills, and the ability to obtain a US security clearance.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree with 15 years related experience; or 13 years with graduate degree; in lieu of degree, 19 years experience.
• Defense or aerospace industry background preferred; government contracting familiarity is a plus.
• Security clearance eligibility required for consideration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic captures for the Sector and oversee price-to-win strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop capture plans and win themes.
• Lead reviews and workshops (Win Strategy, capture gates).
• Oversee Segment Capture certification program and competitive intelligence.
• Develop discriminators and cohesive proposals; present to senior management.
• Mentor new proposal managers and drive proposal development to submission.
• Coordinate solution development, financial analysis, and bid packaging with P&L leaders.
