Lockheed Martin seeks a strategic capture leader to drive pursuit of the Poland F-35 Tranche II opportunity from Fort Worth, TX. You will shape proposals, lead cross-functional teams, and coordinate with partners and stakeholders to win international contracts.

The role requires experience in FMS, executive engagement, and the ability to navigate politically sensitive environments while ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with U.S. Government foreign military sales (FMS) processes, international acquisition frameworks, or defense security cooperation activities.
• Experience operating effectively in highly dynamic, politically sensitive international environments.
• Experience presenting to executive level and military audiences.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required U.S Government security clearances and international travel eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic capture and customer engagement to position the organization for pursuit of the Poland F-35 Tranche II opportunity.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop capture strategies, teaming arrangements, and prices-to-win.
• Direct bid and proposal activities and maintain ongoing interaction with business development.
• Provide leadership in aligning enterprise priorities with customer requirements and international considerations.
