Qualifications

• Senior capture leadership in a large defense or aerospace program with a track record of multi‑year, multi‑agency wins.
• Strategic thinking and implementation: leading quarterly capture reviews and executive assessments.
• Business development leadership: collaboration with BD and Legislative Affairs for competitive captures.
• Tool deployment and data analytics: hands‑on with capture tools and dashboards to derive insights.
• Acquisition and regulatory expertise: knowledge of DOD FAR‑based acquisitions and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate the assigned cross‑functional team for the duration of the pursuit.
• Develop capture strategy including solutions and price‑to‑win analyses.
• Coordinate subordinate recruitment, selection, and training within the pursuit team.
• Engage with BD and Legislative Affairs for stakeholder feedback and communications.
• Maintain ongoing interaction with business development and executive stakeholders.
