Job summary

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Senior Subcontract Program Manager to lead complex contracting for the F-35 teammate and sub-tier suppliers. You will manage subcontracting, supplier performance, and cost/schedule, while guiding a team of Subcontract Administrators and Managers through the full lifecycle from RFPs to awards and audits.

Qualifications

• Supply Chain, Supply Chain Integration, or Logistics experience.
• Experience with subcontract cost, quality, schedule and/or technical program performance.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontracting for services, including Change Requests and subcontract management of suppliers.
• Coordinate cost, schedule, and supplier performance with Subcontract Program Managers.
• Oversee employee selection, training, development, performance and disciplinary actions across the team.
