Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Subcontract Program Manager to support F-35 initiatives, coordinating with L3 Harris and the Palm Bay, FL site while based in Ft. Worth. You will lead cross‑functional teams of engineers, quality and procurement to ensure subcontract execution and milestone delivery.

The role drives cost, schedule, and risk management, develops sourcing plans, and acts as a main liaison with subcontractors and the PMO to meet contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college.
• Experience with supply chain management or program management.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead subordinate teams and manage subcontracted systems across programs.
• Direct cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance for subcontractors.
• Develop sourcing and subcontract program management plans and risk management.
• Coordinate with subcontractor, PMO, and cross-functional teams for program delivery.
