Job summary

Sedaro is seeking a strategic, highly organized Capture Lead to own the full capture lifecycle—from identifying opportunities to proposal submission and winning contracts. This role is based in Arlington, VA and requires eligibility for a US security clearance.

You will lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with executives to craft compliant, competitive proposals that win government and commercial contracts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of government capture and proposals experience.
• Proven success closing government contracts of at least $15M.
• Strong knowledge of DoW, IC, and federal acquisition processes (FAR/DFARS/OTA).
• Ability to lead capture efforts and manage cross-functional teams under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Capture & Business Development Strategy: identify opportunities and develop winning capture strategies; build relationships with government stakeholders and partners.
• Opportunity Management: manage full lifecycle from opportunity ID to negotiations and award; develop win themes and competitive analyses; ensure proposal compliance.
• Execution & Team Coordination: lead cross-functional teams, enforce schedules, monitor budgets and risks; coordinate ad hoc travel for engagements.
