Socure is seeking a Director, Capture and Proposals, Public Sector to lead the capture function and end‑to‑end proposal processes across federal and state/local opportunities. You will shape opportunities pre‑solicitation, manage pricing and teaming, and drive win rates with a disciplined playbook, library, and reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in government capture and proposal leadership for tech, data, cybersecurity, identity, or software.
• Leading and scaling capture/proposal functions with process, content, and team.
• Experience winning IDIQs, BPAs, GSA schedules, task orders, and state/local contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture lifecycle and proposal operations, with governance and metrics.
• Own pursuit strategy, teaming, pricing strategy, and orals.
• Direct and write RFP/RFI/RFQ responses end-to-end with compliant, persuasive narratives.
• Ensure submissions meet regulatory and company standards and approvals.
• Maintain a reusable content library and leverage AI to improve speed and quality.
