Job summary

Sedaro is seeking a Contracts & Program Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day administration of U.S. Government and commercial contracts.

You will manage contract modifications, deliverables, clearance actions, government accounts, and 254 actions, acting as the single point of contact for contract logistics across multiple teams. You will consolidate contract operations into a scalable function, build trackers and templates, and work with Program Management, Growth, and Security to keep

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in U.S. Government contracts administration or program operations.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal contracting practices.
• Experience with pre-award and post-award contract activities.
• Hands-on with PIEE/WAWF and SAM.gov.

Responsibilities

• Own the master tracker for all open contract and program-support actions with owners, statuses, and deadlines.
• Post-award contract administration including modifications, obligations, deliverables, and reporting.
• Interface with government points of contact on existing contracts.
