Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years in federal BD or capture.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Proven success winning competitive federal pursuits across DoD/IC.
• Ability to lead cross-functional capture activities and engage customers.
• Experience pricing strategies and Basis of Estimate integration.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and competitive procurement.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end capture execution for large federal pursuits >$75M.
• Develop capture strategies aligned to customer requirements and security needs.
• Drive opportunity shaping through customer engagement, market analysis, and competition.
• Build detailed customer profiles including priorities and decision cycles.
• Lead win strategy development: technical, management, and price strategies.
• Partner with LOB leadership, Solution Architects, and SMEs to craft credible solutions.
• Serve as focal point for cross-functional capture teams and coordinate resources.
• Lead milestone reviews, gate reviews, risk reviews, and brief senior leadership.
• Manage B&P budgets, forecasts, risks, and metrics for capture execution.
