Solstice Advanced Materials seeks a Lead Project Manager to oversee capital investments in the Metropolis area. The role reports to the RAS Capital Engineering Leader and requires adept leadership across engineering, procurement, and construction, with emphasis on safety and schedule adherence.

The position involves financial planning, risk assessment, and coordination with site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. PMP/Six Sigma and SAP experience are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in capital project management and execution processes.
• Experience managing capital investments through full life cycles.
• PMP certification and Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Experience working with contract engineering firms and SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital investments through full life cycle: scope, risk, budgeting, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup and closure.
• Ensure safe execution, coordinating with HSE and site personnel.
• Provide project evaluation and economic analysis for AR approvals.
• Monitor progress, cost control, and scheduling using project controls (EVM).
• Mentor junior project managers and engineers.
