Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a Senior Capital Projects Manager to lead and support capital projects across the North American plant network. You will provide project leadership from planning through commissioning, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget alignment.

You will mentor Project Managers and engineers, oversee CapEx planning and execution, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and senior management to drive portfolio success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing capital projects in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience with capital project processes including budgeting, forecasting, and accounting.
• Strong understanding of cost management, scheduling, and financial reporting.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel 50-80%

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from concept to closeout across NA plants.
• Develop and maintain scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across functions.
• Monitor performance, risks, delays, and cost variances.
• Mentor Project Managers and engineers, support stage gate process.
• Present portfolio updates to leadership.
