Job summary

Solenis is seeking a seasoned Capital Projects Leader to manage multi-site NA capital programs from planning through closeout. You will lead project teams, ensure safety, budget, schedule, and alignment with business goals.

The role requires 10+ years of experience in capital projects, a strong engineering background, and proficiency with SAP and ERP systems; travel across North America is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, Finance, or a related technical discipline preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing capital projects in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large-scale capital projects from concept through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Operations, EHS, Finance, Procurement, R&D.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and cost variances, and address schedule delays.
• Mentor Project Managers and Engineers, support CapEx planning and Stage Gate processes.
