Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and support multi-million dollar capital projects across the North American plant network. You will guide projects from concept through planning, execution, commissioning and closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget alignment, and business objectives.

You will mentor Project Managers and Engineers, coordinate with Engineering, Operations, EHS, Finance, Procurement and R&D, and drive Stage Gate processes, cost control, and transparent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM, Business, Finance, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years managing capital projects in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large-scale capital projects from concept to closeout.
• Develop and maintain scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across Engineering, Operations, EHS, Finance, Procurement, R&D.
• Monitor performance; address risks, delays, and cost variances.
• Champion Stage Gate process.
• Review business cases, scopes, estimates, schedules, risk.
• Mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and staff.
• Support CapEx planning, forecasting, budgeting.
• Facilitate communication between plant leadership and senior management.
• Prepare and present portfolio-level project updates.
