Job summary

Solenis is seeking a senior leader to drive capital projects across the North American plant network. You will provide project leadership from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, on-schedule delivery and budget alignment while guiding Project Managers and Engineers in execution and reporting.

Ask includes 10+ years in capital project management within manufacturing, strong finance and risk management skills, and the ability to travel 50–80% across sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing capital projects in manufacturing or similar sectors.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and project accounting knowledge.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites.
• Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office; ability to travel 50–80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from concept through design, construction, commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project scope, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, EHS, Finance and Procurement.
• Monitor performance; address risks, delays and cost variances.
