Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a Senior Capital Projects Leader to oversee multi-site capital projects across North America. You will provide project leadership from planning and budgeting to execution, commissioning, and closeout, ensuring safety, on-schedule delivery, and alignment with business goals.

You will guide Project Managers and Engineers, support CapEx planning and forecasting, and drive Stage Gate progress across multi-million-dollar initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing capital projects in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, project accounting and financial reporting.
• Ability to travel 50-80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large-scale capital projects from concept through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across Engineering, Operations, EHS, Finance, Procurement, R&D.
• Monitor project performance and address risks, delays, and cost variances.
• Mentor Project Managers and Engineers and support Stage Gate processes.
