This role requires 5+ years in procurement, capital project experience, and strong ERP skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required and a collaborative, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years in procurement, including capital procurement and construction contracts.
• 2+ years manufacturing or industrial experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence all levels of the organization.
• Hands-on ERP experience with Coupa, Maximo, SAP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fit-for-purpose project procurement plans and strategies.
• Lead project-specific construction RFP sourcing events and conditioning activities.
• Structure and negotiate construction contracts with risk-mitigation terms.
• Oversee vendor timelines, freight logistics, and site delivery planning.
• Act as procurement liaison for Engineering and EPC/EPCm firms.
• Collaborate with teams to provide procurement insights for improvement.
• Resolve supplier disputes and advise on risk mitigation strategies.
