Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Client Partner for the Manufacturing vertical to lead client interfaces and build the account plan with Senior Managers.

You will manage client relationships, own the opportunity cycle, and drive delivery through collaboration with stakeholders, overseeing a portfolio potentially exceeding $30M-$40M+. Strong leadership and proposal experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent with strong sales/relationship management experience.
• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Experience in sales, account management, and P/L management.
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry a plus.
• Track record of CXO-level client interactions and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interfaces within the assigned account with Senior Managers to build the account plan.
• Manage client relationships and drive a portfolio up to $30M-$40M+; own opportunity management cycle.
• Collaborate with delivery stakeholders to fulfill commitments and ensure client satisfaction.
• Create and govern the account plan including required relationships and pursued opportunities.
