Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a Segment Project Procurement Specialist to support multiple plants within the Metal Castings division, NA, ensuring procurement strategies drive cost savings and risk mitigation. The role reports to the Regional Procurement Lead and can be based in Muskegon, MI or NW Indiana.

You will lead contracts, manage capital expenditure projects, and collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance, while supporting cross‑functional teams across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum of three years of procurement or contract management experience.
• Minimum of one year of experience with Oracle or similar ERP system.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Contract development and management: review requirements, create and negotiate agreements, ensure compliance and monitor performance.
• Project management: lead CAPEX projects and coordinate outsourcing and supplier onboarding; manage timelines and deliverables.
• Process control and compliance: identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving process improvements.
• Multi-site support: provide direct support to plants and back up executional tasks such as RFQ issuance and PO placement.
