Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a Segment Project Procurement Specialist on behalf of our client to provide procurement and project-management support across multiple manufacturing plants, including cross‑regional operations. You will drive security of supply, cost savings, process improvements, and supplier risk mitigation within the Metal Castings division.

This highly visible role reports to the Regional Procurement Lead and requires strategic thinking beyond transactional procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years in Procurement or Contract Development/Management.
• 1+ year with Oracle or similar ERP.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Access to export-controlled items; eligibility to obtain access.

Responsibilities

• Review plant requirements and statements of work (SOWs) to identify potential suppliers and contractors.
• Create, review, and negotiate service agreements and purchase orders reflecting scope, requirements, pricing, and terms.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with contract procedures.
• Monitor contract performance to ensure requirements are met and provide risk mitigation actions.
• Lead CAPEX projects from proposal review through contract execution; coordinate outsourcing and cost-reduction initiatives.
