Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a Segment Project Procurement Specialist to support multiple plants in the Metal Castings division, reporting to the Regional Procurement Lead. The role focuses on securing supply, cost savings, and risk mitigation while driving project management for CAPEX initiatives.

The position can be based in the greater Muskegon, Michigan area or the Northwest Indiana metro, with travel up to 25% and a strong emphasis on process improvement and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Three years in Procurement or Contract Development/Management.
• One year of experience with Oracle or similar ERP.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Access to export-controlled items; employment contingent on ability to obtain access.

Responsibilities

• Contract development, review, and management including SOWs and purchase orders.
• Lead CAPEX projects: sourcing, procurement of equipment, and building materials.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders for contract compliance.
• Provide multi-site support and backup execution tasks: RFQs, PO placement, invoice reconciliation.
