Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a Segment Project Procurement Specialist for the North America Metal Castings division. You will report to the Regional Procurement Lead and support multiple plants with procurement strategies, CAPEX sourcing, supplier risk mitigation, and contract management.

The role is highly visible, requires cross-functional collaboration, and travel up to 25%. Based in Muskegon, MI or NW Indiana area, you will help drive cost savings and process improvements while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Procurement or Contract Development/Management within procurement is required.
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

Review plant requirements and statements of work to identify potential suppliers and contractors.
Create, review, and negotiate service agreements and purchase orders.
Monitor contract performance and provide risk mitigation actions.
Lead CAPEX projects including sourcing and procurement of equipment and materials.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project timelines and deliverables.
