Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a Segment Project Procurement Specialist to support multiple North American plants, ensuring procurement strategies drive security of supply, cost savings, and risk mitigation. The role requires collaboration across Legal, Finance, and operations to achieve business unit goals.

Based in the greater Muskegon, Michigan, or northwest Indiana metro area, this position involves traveling up to 25% and influencing procurement decisions beyond transactional activities.

Responsibilities

• Review plant requirements and statements of work to identify potential suppliers and contractors.
• Create, review, and negotiate service agreements and purchase orders reflecting scope, requirements, pricing, schedule, and terms.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with contract procedures before issuance.
• Monitor contract performance and provide risk mitigation actions as needed.
• Lead CAPEX projects, sourcing capital equipment and building materials from proposal to contract execution.
