You will partner with commercial teams, carriers, and internal stakeholders to develop procurement strategies that meet customer expectations in changing markets. Responsibilities include leading pre- and post-award planning, analyzing carrier data and market trends, and driving continuous improvement to ensure on-time, compliant execution across geographies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead capacity procurement and solution design in pre-RFP planning; curate feasible solutions.
• Perform post-award procurement planning and ensure awards align with capacity solutions.
• Interpret carrier analytics and market data to guide informed buying decisions.
• Monitor capacity health and service metrics, adjusting plans as needed.
