Builders FirstSource is seeking a Product Sales Manager to oversee a product line and drive growth across customer sites. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business and 5 years of product sales experience.

You will analyze market trends, develop strategies, and coordinate with Logistics, Marketing and Purchasing to maximize revenues. Travel to job sites is involved.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management or related field; five years product sales experience.
• Experience with business-to-business sales in the construction industry.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Manage assigned product line to meet financial goals and monitor performance.
• Plan and manage sales efforts; oversee purchasing schedule.
• Visit customers on job sites to initiate sales and provide support.
• Develop long-range product line strategies and profitability targets.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate purchases, service and delivery.
• Deliver product presentations and training to sales teams and customers.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Marketing, Purchasing to optimize sales.
• Analyze consumer trends and channel dynamics to gain competitive edge.
• Drive value-added sales through complex proposals and vendor coordination.
